Thank you for your interest in our acoustics and wave propagation analysis 
software Coustyx.

For installation you will need the windows installer file Coustyx.msi on your 
local computer. You receive Coustyx on a CD when you purchase the software, or 
download the trial version Coustyx.zip file from our website 
http://www.coustyx.com. This zip file contains the windows installer file 
Coustyx.msi. 

Requirements
------------

This version of Coustyx requires Windows 2000,XP, Vista or Windows 7.

Installation
------------

Important: You need Admin privileges to install Coustyx. Log into an
account with Admin privileges.

  1. Double-click on Coustyx.msi to start installation. The installer
     will guide you through the steps required for the installation.

  2. Read the user agreement. If you agree to all terms and conditions, 
     select I Agree to proceed with the installation.

  3. Finish installation and close the wizard. A Valid License Key
     shall be installed to use the software.

  4. Click on Start|All Programs|Coustyx32(or Coustyx64)|Install 
     License Key to open "Install License Key Window". Copy your 
     License Key into the "License Key" box. If you don't have a 
     License Key, copy the "Computer ID" found in the "Install License 
     Key Window" into a Word or Notepad file and email it to 
     sales@ansol.com to get a valid License. Once you receive your 
     License Key, copy and paste the key into the "License Key" box. 
     Then click on "Install License Key" to finish installation. Click
     on "Done" to exit the window. For information about installing
     License Key for a network or a local dongle follow the URL:

     NOTE: You don't need a License Key to run DemoModels provided on
     our website. See **Demo Model** below.

  5. Verify the status of the installed License key from the tab 
     "Installed: License Info".

  6. Now you can start using Coustyx for acoustic analysis. To open
     Coustyx, click on Start|All Programs|Coustyx32(or Coustyx64)|Coustyx.


  ** Demo Model **

     If you are using a Demo Model posted on our web site, you do not
     need to install a License Key. The Demo Model has an embedded
     License Key, which is valid only for that model. Any changes to
     the model will make the License Key invalid. 

  ** Installation of Dongle Device Driver **
  
     If you have been provided a USB dongle, then the dongle device
     driver needs to be installed first. Follow these steps:

     1. To install the dongle device driver, open the Coustyx file
        folder and double click on the icon labeled HaspUserSetup.exe or
        SentinelDongleDeviceDriver.exe.

     2. Read the user agreement and if you agree to all terms and
        conditions, select I Agree to proceed with the installation.
  
     3. After you have clicked on I Agree, the driver will be
        installed. Click Finish to complete the installation of the
        dongle device driver.
